Maid to Care

I hired Maid to Care because I like the fact that they use natural cleansing agents and their price is fair.

I understand that we are all human beings and we make mistake, however, I made it VERY clear that I cannot and will not tolerate late arrival. Stuff happens, so if the team runs late, call me and at least I know. I run a very organized schedule and cannot deal with tardiness.

It happen once and today it just happened again. I guess I will have to start looking for someone else. The cleaning it self was fine, not as consistent as the first couple of times, but again, we are all humans.
