        Overall

        This was by far the best deal in town. Price was half of the competitors. Plus the competitors would keep tacking on other fees besides their initial price. Whereas "Property Inspectors of Atlanta" was one flat rate with no additional fees.



        The inspection report was quite impressive as well. Very professional and extremely thorough.



        Only complaint is I did have a hiccup with them when meeting at the home where they were supposed to have a universal key to get in but it was not coordinated with my inspector so I had to get my real estate agent to come out to open up the house.



        Other than that, no issues. They were also very easy to book with.
