Woodstock Furniture Outlet offers furniture for bedrooms, children s bedrooms, casual and formal dining rooms, entertainment centers, leather furniture, office furniture, sleeper sofas, upholstery, recliners, wicker furniture, oriental rugs and clocks. Purchased a sofa and recliner less than a year old and the motor is out in the sofa. A week before they would send a repair person, only to be told your motor is out and we don't carry those. And would not unscrew the lift so the foot would go down. Advised.us we could not as it would void the warranty to disconnect anything. Customer Service calls the next day to tell us they have to contact the manufacturer and will advise. On the next call they advised they have ordered the motor but have no idea when it will arrive or when they can complete the repair. You would think a customer that has been making large purchases from them since early 2000 would get a little better response.
Beware of these people. They have unwritten policies which the sales people are afraid to discuss. They go on adding extra charges till they deliver the furniture. If add all these extras may be Macy's will be cheaper then them.
The owner and the manager are rude.and sales pople are afriad to discuss the store policy till you buy and pay for it.
Beware of extra charges till you get the stuff at home.
This is a great furniture for the price. They also have affordable decorative items. I bought a table, chairs and buffet for under $1,000.
