On Oct 14, 2017, a group of 12 ladies (myself included) were celebrating my friend's 50th birthday for a night out in Boston. The limo driver (female) arrived on time and was very cordial. We thought we were in for a treat BUT, that was not the case. As soon she started driving it felt like the bottom of the limo was about to drop on the ground. It was LOUD and we were skeptical at that point but hoped for the best. Well, NO improvements. The air conditioning was not fully operational ( it was hot) and it was unclean inside. The inside party lights were only working on one side and there was a sticky residue on the complimentary drinking glasses. It was DISGUSTING!!!!!! My friend (the birthday girl) and myself notified Deluxe Limosine Service about all of our issues the next day. Ed was not available initially to speak with but finally had a short conversation with my friend - still unresolved. To this day, she has emailed, called him and he has NOT RETURNED her messages. If I could give a minus rating to this company and in particular the owner Ed, I would. We all realize things aren't always perfect but great customer service is a MUST in any business. Deluxe Limosine Service has FAILED in all categories!
Ed (owner), wrote a bogus response to this review on DLS page. He lied stating that he took the initial phone call, when in fact the person that answered said he would try to reach Ed to have him address the issue. There was no swearing or screaming- I just stated the complaint in the most direct way. Ed offered my friend a ride for 2 to Bright Nights- no dinner offered (another lie). Check the other negative reviews ****

We had a last minute need for a limo new years eve for my daughters wedding and Ed bailed us out!!! Not only did he send us an amazing white limo, he was extremely fair with his pricing! (considering the lateness of our request and the night in question) Also, Ed provided us with an extremely professional and attentive driver. My daughter was driven to her wedding in style! THANK-YOU ED !
