        Beautify and protect your asphalt investment! Sealcoating will protect your driveway or parking lot from the harmful sun that wants to bake the AC (asphalt cement) that gives your asphalt that smooth appearence. The AC holds the fine sand in place and gives asphalt that dark black finish. The sun bakes the AC out, turns asphalt to a gray color and within a few years the sand has nothing to hold it in place and blows away and you are left looking at the tops of the rocks in asphalt. Sealcoating also protects your asphalt from oil and gas spillage.

        General Info
        All of the driveways and parking lots we do are squeegeed by hand or machine and not sprayed! We do not agree with that method of sealcoat application. Spraying sealer doesn't last as long as sealcoat that has been pressed into the asphalt by a squeegee. Sealcoating should only have to be done every 2-3 years or longer, between applications.
