        Wouldn’t suggest this salon, based on several things, one was that it was recommended to me.
        I don’t want anyone to feel bad for recommending it after a friend has a bad experience.
        Not sure listening is a strong suit there. If you have a complaint don’t expect them to take responsibility, they pawn that off on the customer.
