Fido & Friends

I was excited to try F&F because they let their dogs out to potty every 2 hours, which I liked compared to PetSmart etc. However, I picked up my beautiful golden retriever and she had a TERRIBLE haircut. The signature long tassels on her legs and ears that I explicitly asked to be left on were completely cut off....I am heartbroken. She does not look good. Her ears have horizontal cuts all in them and I am overall extremely upset. I am also VERY disappointed in the groomer's customer service and respect for paying customers. Unfortunately, I will not be going back.

this is the only way I know how to reply. Ms. Kim B Im so sorry about that experience! was it said in an angry tone? is it possible that the groomer was doing a very delicate type of cut, like cutting around the ear leather and was saying it in a way like explaining why the dog had to relax? no sarcasm here, just trying to assess the situation so I can figure out what happened. Please call the shop anytime and let us know what happened. We appreciate your business and feedback and welcome suggestions on how to improve :)

I have used this place for years, but when I went to pick up my dog, I overheard one of the groomers say "I'm gonna rip your ear off if you be still!"...it wasn't my pet, but I will never risk taking her there again!!

Friendly staff did a great job with my dog!

My dog is usually very scared when going to the groomer. Brenda was great with Missy. The whole experience went well. We will go back!
