        This is an affordable no-nonsense gym with a lot more free weights than most places. I've been a member off and on since 2012 and keep coming back. The staff is always polite and helpful.

        Business owner Carol is EXTREMELY RUDE! Do not go to this gym unless you enjoy bad customer service! She does not return phone calls and when you can track her down to ask her questions, she is rude and unprofessional.
