General Info: Dr. Carla Ribeiro-Bachtell earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at Temple University in Philadelphia following a dual Bachelor's of Science and Bachelor's of Art program at Providence College. Upon completion of podiatric medical school she completed an extensive podiatric foot and ankle surgical residency at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax, Virginia. She served as chief resident during her third year of residency and also trained at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. where she received her fellowship in lower limb salvage and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Ribeiro-Bachtell is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
