        Exceptional service

        I thought I had an emergency with my dog percy. When I came home from work she just didnt seem like herself. I called Banfield and the doctor was in surgury but the receptionist assured me that she could be squeezed in. The girls up front were so nice and curteous and genuinly seemed to care about my girl even though I had never been there before. Turns out that percy was fine and seemed to perk up as soon as we got in the door. I guess she was a little hot couped up in the house. Anyway Dr. Kashak was very fast and thorough, I now consider him my primary DVM.
