WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! They were hired to install a pellet stove this past summer and didn't tighten everything up, which caused a deafening rattle whenever it was operating. Not only that, but they drilled a hole through my wall hitting my foundation despite me telling them that they must drill high because the room was below grade two minutes prior. Guys installing didn't seem qualified, so rather than risking further damage, I told them not to fix the wall (they couldn't even do the job they were hired to do, why would I have them fix something they don't "specialize" in?). I talked to the owner about having someone come back to fix the horrible noise. He was a real piece of work. Not sure how he manages to keep a business. Rude and uncooperative. Not only did he refuse to pay to have the wall fixed, but then he has the nerve to send me a bill to fix the stove that his people couldn't get right the first time. Needless to say, I will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau and I will NOT be paying that bill. Cannot say enough bad things about this company and the dope running it. I would give negative stars if it were an option.
