Jack Sabo has many years experience in the planning, financing, sales, and construction of his product. Is particularly intent on the energy savings aspects of his product and has initiated many of these techniques, considered by others to be too cost prohibitive; however if money can be saved with an energy product, then go for it. A fine example is one of his 6 year old homes is paying about $130 per month in the winter total electric heat pump with hot water, cooking and all energy aspects for a 1,600 square foot 2-1/2 bath 3 bedroom home. Quite extraordinary in todays economy. It's all in how he builds.
