Provided by SuperpagesI had to 3 times to get a box spring. Originally the owner helped and charged me for a queen box spring and frame, gives us one price and says oh I'll deliver it. Thinking oh great. I pay and they delivered. Turns out the box spring was too big and I needed the split ones. He tells me to come back the next day to exchange it. I did, but the owner was not there. One of the workers gave me an ancient split box spring that was even broken. I don't notice until i get home. Again I go back and he says well if u want a new one it's an extra 60 and gives me back 40 buks. I look at him and ask how much did he charge me for the metal frame. He says he charged me 20 for delivery and that's why he can only refund me 40. I was so upset. He made it seem as if delivery was free. Being that they went blocks down I thought it was free. He didn't even mention it. I should info read all these reviews ahead of time. He is slimmy and deceitful. When I voiced out my opinion he rolled his eyes like he was used to getting screamed at. He probably is used to it. I won't go back again. The month prior i purchased 6 twin and box springs and one queen. Spent alot in that place. Bad business person. Don't waste your time or money.
This is the worst company EVER! I ordered a livingroom sectional for 795 (tax included) and two chest and a headboard for about another 700 with tax. They ordered my sectional wrong, they only ordered two pieces when it was three. No one called to tell me or anything. It wasnt until a week later when I was expecting my delivery that I called them and they told me about their mistake. They went on to tell me if I wanted the sectional that I would have to pay an additonal 250 plus tax. I told them that would not work and that I wanted a refund. They gave it to me in dollars and coins! yes you heard right COINS it was very shameful of them. I then aske them if they would deliver the rest of my stuff the next day. They said yes I called and called and no one answered no one delivered anything and now i have to wait two days for them to open to go back down there and get a refund. Please avoid this place! There are too many options out there for anyone to be treated like this.

Provided by SuperpagesJust bought 1 mattress and 2 box springs, 1 of the box springs look ok but the mattress stinks like mold and the other box spring its not in a brand new condition. Will contact owner for an exchange or refund.
