Herb Chambers Porsche

Frank, whom they send everyone to who has a Porsche, gives poor estimates, plays word games, and flat out steals from you. My car had parts broken that worked fine when I took it in for a simple repair and I was asked to pay to rediagnose and fix those. My estimate was so far off but they pretended like the estimate I got was never given to the point where they got very aggressive with their words toward me and basically called me crazy. The manager called to let me know to bring the car in for them to take care of but I am so uncomfortable now around those people and afraid of what they will hold my car ransom for I just can't. Frank has no maturity in engaging in simple adult conversation but is more like a tantrum throwing 5 year old and has no knowledge of customer service. I won't get into the details of how much I was harassed but just know it was an uncomfortable, scary, (and I'm sure illegal) scam they are running and if you look at the HUNDREDS of reviews online, you'll see they get one...two stars TOPS out of five with so many horror stories I think it speaks for itself. They make so much money they just don't care to go in and change things to have people leaving satisfied.
