Empathy Senior Care offers an alternative for those unable to care for themselves but who want the freedom and flexibility to live an independent life. Our care management program provides professional counsel and guidance, consultation, planning and service coordination to assist clients in maintaining their independence and freedom at home or in a facility or institution. Beginning with a comprehensive assessment we bring together needs, interests, and circumstances to provide a personalized plan of care for you or your loved one. Our ongoing reassessment offers families the peace of mind and assurance that their loved one is living a safer and fuller life while maintaining their independence at home or in a facility. We design their programs to meet the individual needs of each client. We have an excellent, professional staff consisting of Registered Nurses, Certified Nurse Assistance, and trained Home Health Aides (caregivers and private sitters). We guarantee our staff to be friendly, sensitive, honest and eager to fulfill any special needs our clients may have. Finding the right care for you, a relative or a friend can be a daunting task. We understand that it is not something that you have to do very often and it can be difficult to know where to get the care you deserve. We are available to respond to after hours emergencies through our employee monitored on-call service. If you can't find what you are looking for please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
