        What's not to love

        They have everything here!! Life Cafe even for people who are gluten and dairy free. Great place to workout and very clean. LifeTime also has their own Life Spa and it is opened to members and non-members. You also get 2 hours of complimentary child care service while you are getting your services. The spa offers Massage, Skin care, waxing, and Nail care. Everyone that works here are great at what they do.
