        Overall

        Purchased a refrigerator and was really excited to find out they did free delivery an instillation! However, I was disappointed with Lowe's delivery service and would not recommend anyone waste their time with this. They do not show up when they say, they missed 3 scheduled appointments and now my wife and I are in the 3rd hour of waiting for them to arrive...and we still have no idea if/when they are coming. Save your time and get your refrigerator somewhere else or opt out of the free delivery and try to do it yourself.
