Illini Obstetrics & Gynecology

I would not suggest Dr. Cannon as an OB doctor. Dr. Cannon seems nice, but she definantly is a lot different then she comes off. She is very quiet, doesn't have a lot of patience to deal with questions that you have and she seems like she can get aggravated very quickly. Not only I had her for my OB with my first child, but my realative did too and when he was born he had to be life flighted because she didn't detect a heart defect, luckily he is still alive. ALSO cord blood donation. Dr. Cannon NEVER IMFORMED me that they store cord blood for free with the hospital, never informed me once, when I did not think I could financially afford it. She waited until I GAVE BIRTH and cut the cord to ask if she had talked about saving it. I SAID NO, and she said OH, IT WAS FREE, BUT IT'S TOO LATE NOW. I was VERY UPSET, good forbid my son ever gets sick. I WILL SUE HER!!! GOOD LUCK EXPECTANT MOTHERS!!! STAYYYYY FAR AWAY
