I ordered the enriched topsoil/ compost which was a 40/60 blend. It was delivered as promised and little to no hassle. I am glad that I called to order the enriched as opposed to the fill dirt or sandy mixture. The load was 10 yards of the finest powder. It looked like blended miracle grow that wasn't clumped to dirt or rock and it was exactly what I needed for me garden and flower bed. However, 10 yards is a HUGE load of soil.

I could not be any Happier that I chose Texas Sand and Gravel when looking for screened topsoil. Everyone I have talk to at Texas Sand and Gravel have been so kind, knowledgable, and professional. They gave me the information needed like the difference use of the soil so I was able then to make an informed decision. So so happy with the product and really impressed by the execution of delivery. I lied a 12X16 foot tarp on the ground. The driver backed the tires up to the edge of the tarp which was impressive enough but then lifted the truck bed in such a way that every morsel of topsoil came to rest on that tarp... BRAVO!
Can't wait for our next delivery, this time enriched topsoil~

I'm really impressed with the customer service received from folks (Brandon, Kenny & Keith) that I worked with to have 4 yards of gravel and 10 yards of Select fill delivered. The material is exactly as expected, fair priced and timely. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars is because I made it super clear the truck has to be less than 9 1/2 feet wide to fit between 8' cedar fence and a tree. They said they measured and assured me the truck will fit. Well, it didn't because the truck mirrors won't fold in.....at all. That meant all my stuff was dumped 60' feet away on the driveway. I had to rent a mini-bobcat for $150 and move the material before the work crew arrived.

Will use them again for smaller jobs if the price is right because it's hard to find excellent customer service and a super friendly group of folks who work hard at what they do! Thank you! RJones

I ordered 10 Yds of road base for repair of the driveway, and it was delivered promptly and unloaded in the location I wanted. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent.

I ordered 10 yards of the screened topsoil. I very happy with the quality of the product. The materiel was properly screened and free of debris ie sticks,stones,etc. It was delivered promptly and the skillful driver offloaded the material right where I needed it, into the back of my long driveway where it made less work for me wheelbarrowing into my backyard. I will be using Texas Sand & Gravel for my future soil needs.
