The manager Dominick is a puppet for a the area manager Larry Richey. Larry is a low IQ failed contractor who hired, trained and developed his hand picked manager Dominick and turned him into the disaster of a manager that he is—currently.
Speaking with other residents we have come to the conclusion that Larry is out of his element and with little self confidence which would make sense why he would hire someone who would pose no threat to promoting into his position.

Larry picked the least professional, least honest, least responsible and finally the least competent person he could find to manage the Olympia Mobil Park where Dominick would go on to turn a great park upside down and create so much angst with the residents that every street is lined with homes for sale as people make a mass exodus to get away from this lunatic. This man has anger problems to say the least, he is dishonest, he is rude, he is extremely offensive to the point that it’s surprising nobody has checked him yet.
So, if you want to live in a park where the area manager thinks he is a pimp and the manager is just plain strange and possibly a real threat to your family then by all means...buy my house and move on in.

New manager, Dominique is very rude to seniors. Discriminates towards senior and disabled people. He should be fired.
