Any hard foods that can crack your teeth should also be avoided. As usual, continue brushing your teeth twice a day and floss once a day. If you use mouthwash, buy a fluoride based one. You can also choose a toothpaste designed for sensitive teeth. Taking care of your teeth will keep you from having to come back and have more dental work done. Besides brushing and flossing, keep up with your scheduled cleaning and dental exam appointments.
