Ambrosia Pub & Grill

Catering and their restaurant are just so so. Locals die for it but that's because there are no other choices like this for 15 miles. People rave about the pizza but it's just average pizza. The place has an ambiance but that includes a smoky cramped bar, a cramped pool table, dart board 2 feet away, a tiny kitchen and dining room up a set of stairs. There's a handicap ramp on the side of the building for those that will not be embarrassed to use it I guess. Service is slow and the waitresses are trampy, low cut tops, short short shorts in the summer. Not a place to take a teenage boy and expect him to not look. They work it too, something happens every time we go, so my family has stopped eating here. Not enough seating if they are busy, like on a Friday fish fry night. Everything is deep fried and the only thing healthy is the pathetic salad served before dinner. It includes dandelion greens and usually one big crouton. We ordered from this place dozens of times because a family member likes it but after so many bad experiences I have to put my foot down and cook at home! Certainly not worth the tip and there's a guy there that must be a manager ... the worst hackle for a laugh! Very distracting. I mentioned DEEP FRIED and I meant it.
