        I love the atmosphere n friendliness of the staff at my local AT&T store. Even when they hv all bn busy, they acknowledged me n let me know they'd be w me as soon as possible! They are a super great bunch of the AT&T staff team!!! Thanks guys n gals for making me feel that my business is Jst as important as the next person!!!! Hard 2 come by employees of this caliber these days .

        Employees refuse to answer phone. There were 5 in the store with no customers and still would not answer phone.

        I have tried calling this store numerous times on more than one occasion and cannot get an answer, yet when I arrive 10 minutes later, there are 5 people in the store, all employees.
