        Tech seemed to know what they were talking about, got repair done quickly while we shopped and my phone is working good as new

        Never let them fix your device. Tried several times to replace my touchpad, but finally failed. They even refused to return the amount they charged. Waste of money and time. Next time I am sure to buy a new or refurbished one at an an authorized dealer.
