        Record ice out dates are no problem for this crew. I was able to have family to the cabin as promised dock and lift were in and ready to start the summer. Thanks Jefferson and your team for the great service

        Been a loyal customer for decades. A quote was given by a worker and the company wouldn't stand behind it. Simple disagreement to resolve. I'm reasonable and we could compromise but the company refused to stand by their word and refused to make any adjustment. Wasted time and energy for a couple hundred bucks.
