Needed a vet clinic to have our Oddie (dog) cremated. Called Annandale Vet Clinic to have cremation done. As I talked to the lady and was ready to set up appointment, she asked where I lived. I said South of Maple Lake. She said "we are not taking new clients, sorry" an hung up. I was devastated, what too do. She was rude at a most difficult time. I will never give this vet clinic a good rating to anyone. So much happier using Maple Lake Vet Clinic.

My dog was ill, I took her in to Annandale Veterinary Clinic.
They did an exam and after told me, They would need to order test kit, because they did not have in stock.

Dr. Venessa Aschnewitz told me, my dog would be fine to wait until necessary the testing arrived.

1 week had goes by I called concerned my dog seemed to be getting worse.

There attitude to my concerned was like I was bothering them.

2days after my dog became very ill and died.

The hardest think is that If they had treated her right way or referred me to another vet she would have been fine.

If I could I would give them NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!!!

This is absolutely, 100% the best vet clinic in the world! We just went through an end of life experience with our dog. Dr. Sarah and the rest were like family! I can't believe how loving and caring that they were. We have lived in in 6 states, and had MANY vets over the years. Dr. Sarah is the BEST. When we put our dog, Lucky down, she made it the most loving, caring and beautiful experience possible. We were all so happy with the way we were treated and the loving care our dog, and we were shown.

Very low Professional attitude and the receptionist acts like your bugging her and it's a big problem. I had an appointment on the 7/18 and 7/20 went to the 1st one and had no record of it even though I said who I talked to for the appointment. So I thought I was on the wrong day so went to my calendar to check and I was right. I called on 7/20 to see if I had my appointment still and guess what no record. At this time I realized that they ARE NOT organized or professional by any means. All in all they suck...if anyone else comes up with a better experience they sure don't care about the pet.

If you have ever had an issue with this Vet clinic I urge you to file a complaint with the Minnesota Veterinary Board. There is a reason they are the cheapest clinic and some of you may have experienced the lose or harm to a companion animal... Do it today..to post I had to give a star in reality I wouldn't have.

I love this clinic! I have taken 4 pets there through the years. All deceased now but they were so gentle and caring about everything. Now my new pet is going there too. Plus, so reasonably priced as well.

We just took our 9 1.2 year old bullmastiff in to Annandale Veterinary Clinic for a lump on one of his paws. From the moment we walked in we got 5-star service! Because of the size of our old man, we were offered the opportunity to wait in the waiting area rather than the smaller offices. When Dr. Sarah Sneller came in she was bright and bubbly and knowledgeable. Instead of chastising for our Dozer's weight, she simply gave us some guidelines on how to manage it better. She went on to do a thorough exam which included a biopsy and she made Dozer and I feel calm the whole time. She answered every question we had with patience and understanding. Based on the visit alone, I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone with a pet! Then came the bill! Holy Moly! I had planned on a MUCH more expensive visit even with all of the reviews mentioning the pricing! I was just blown away by the place and would have driven twice as far just to use their services again!!

All three doctors are great, Karla at the front desk....you couldn't ask for more. Price is right and they truly care about our pets as much as we do. We have been going here for almost 8 years now with our dog, and this past September Dr. Larson saved our little guy when he was stung by a bee, and was going down quickly. Love these guys...
