Tommy Bahama

I did not have a Yelp account before writing this review but felt like the amazing customer service at this Tommy Bahama location needed to be accounted for. I Walked into Tommy Bahama looking for a pair or sandals that I have been in love with since December to be sadly informed that they did not have my size so an associate named Malik informed me that they would could have them shipped to my house for free from another location to be sure that I would get them,so he scrolls through the computer to find locations where my size sandals were in stock to find that they had one pair at the Towson location. He talked to the store manager named Ryan who said he could pick them up from there and bring them to the Annapolis location for me and have them there two days later.i was blown away by such a good customer service exerience all of the associates were so helpful and nice it was refreshing to see people who were so sincere in doing their jobs in the most gracious manner. I now have two beautiful pairs of sandals to wear this season and will be sure to come back to this outstanding location. Great job guys!
