Quality Storage

I was a customer for 3 years, and I must say that "Quality" is a major stretch. I had stored my leather couches in there and sold them after about 2 years of storing them. When I went to get them I was dismayed to see that they were completely covered in mold!! It was disgusting. I brought this to the attention of the office attendant who informed me that they aren't responsible for any damaged items. That may very well be, but I'm not paying them monthly for my items to be ruined! I stayed with them because it's more of a hassle to move everything than just leave it be - Until last month that is when they informed me they were going to be raising their prices! I immediately let them know I would be vacating the building by the end of the month and began the process of going through my stuff. It was appalling to see the damage that was done to my things. I would have been better off storing under my house! Somehow my boxes had water damage, books were musty and moldy. There was either bug or mouse poop in just about every single box. For the ~$2000 ive put into that building I was completely shocked at the actual quality I was getting. Certainly not worth the money! After vacating, I received a call saying that we had to remove a couch that we had put by the dumpster or they would bill me for a removal fee. However there is a total lack of warning that this isn't allowed, I had seen multiple couches out there before so I thought it was fine. I believe it's just another way to try and suck money from their tenants. I suggested they put proper signage out but we will see if that happens or not. The only reason I didn't give this 1 star is because the employees that work there are very nice. Sadly it's not enough to fix the overall experience. I would not suggest this storage facility to anyone.
