Domino's Pizza

After checking the menu online I called to place a carry out order. After listening to a recording for 5 minutes of all their deals and how easy it was to order online I finally was connected with a human. I ordered 2 items that were listed for $5.99 each on their website. The employee told me it would be almost $20. I told her that could not be right. She told me the one topping medium pizza was over $12! She said online orders were priced differently than those placed over the phone! So I hung up and placed the order online and picked it up for $12.82. Does Domino's Pizza really discourage actual human communication that much!? Was very disappointed and would not have ordered at all if I had not already promised my son that I would get him Domino's for dinner.
