Quarter Note Music

As a private music teacher, I've been purchasing books for my students (and my own music) at Quarter Note since the days when it was Burt's Music in Cary. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always works to get what you need—music or equipment.

They've never let me down, and that's why I continue to return again and again. They're an important fixture in the Cary/Apex music community, because they're knowledgable, reliable, and helpful.

Do not shop at Quarter Note in Apex. They have the worse customer service. They over charged me for reeds by $13. When I went to get my money back, they said they do not give refunds. I told them they over charged me, but all they could say was sorry. They never give refunds and they charge what they can for reeds. In this case $50. Music and Arts have the same reeds for $32 minus tax. Everyone needs to know they are happy to take your credit card and not mention the no returns policy. They grossly over charge because "they can". And once you realize your over paid, nothing.
