Sbarro

We love Sbarro's Ziti and have eaten at Sbarro's 350 times. Madison locations do excellent with their food and service. I was visiting a friend in Appleton and happened to be shopping in the river fox commons. We got hungry and stopped by Sbarro's. Two people behind me recieved their food before I did from the oven. The teenager allowed the slice to sit so long in the oven it was black. i asked for a different piece and she informed me that she does not have to give anyone another piece. She procedded to argue with me for ten to twelve minutes using expletives. She was 5'7", tall, brown hair and wore a name tag that said, "crystal". The manager came out of the back and asked if everything was ok. I explained about my burned piece and the gentleman laughed. I walked away and left the piece sitting their, unpaid for.

I will never go to this sbarro's ever again.
