        This has to be the worst appraisal company in all of the Poconos. If your bank or lender says Jenkins is your appraiser cancel it immediately. I had 3 appraisals done on my house, the first 2 came in at 151k and another at 159k. Jenkins came in at 124k and ruined my loan!!! After paying a company $850 for the appraisal and for them to cost us tens of thousands of dollars through their horrid inability to appraise properties properly.

        Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. They like to hurt their own neighbors and should not be given any business
