When making service appointments online customers are given an estimate of repair costs m. When a customer arrives for service, the cost shouldn’t be quoted double of estimate when extras outside of initial online service request is not indicated.
If you’re quoted $250 online for service cost, when you arrive to speak to advisor, costs should rise to $500. Please fix online portal with updated service repair charges.
