Dahn Yoga & Healing

I love the 4 different class styles offered, and the energy I feel during and after the classes is just amazing! The workouts are so different from Americanized yoga, this is the real thing. The instructors are so knowledgeable in how to heal the body with stretching and breathing and Ki (Chi) energy - everyone shares after class how they improved from when they came in, and the results are AMAZING. Dahn Yoga is a combination of ancient Asian mind-body techniques, and goodness do they work quickly! Within one week of classes my sleep cycled completely balanced out and from there many other parts of my health improved immensely and are still doing so after 3 years. It's only up from here! ;-) So if you have changes you want make in your body, emotional stability, or brain health, then come here. From the beautiful clean rooms, to the warm, encouraging & wise instructors, to the kind of people that come to class... everything is arranged to promote and upgrade your wellness and healing ability.

As a member for more than 2 years I find their classes very helpful and engaging. My insomnia, lower back pain and general physical condition continue to slowly improve. I'd recommend their classes to anyone wishing to improve their physical abilities and to those wishing for a happier, healthier life.
