Brought my Hellcat for service and told them the battery is constantly discharging. When I picked the car up they told me battery is fine. Guess what, same problem after the service. I called them and told them
And the answer was, "call road service". I told them I live two miles from the shop and asked if they have one of those portable jump starters which was denied. I’m stuck with a car that could be fixed easily but I guess that’s too much of an inconvenience for them. One of their mechanics just hung up on me. I bought the car brand new from them and expected more service but I guess that was unrealistic. I also bought a new GC at Classic in Arlington and what a difference. One things for sure, the next Hellcat will be from Classic. Don Davis will

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I went to this dealership with my son. Like the previous post they told my son one price just to get us there. Interest rate in double digits. Tried to push a 2016 with very high mileage on my son. Told him he could come back and refinance a vehicle in six months. The one time I didn't go with my son.... They finance my son a vehicle, and my son wasn't on his job a month. We tried to return the vehicle under a week . We dropped the vehicle off at the dealership, and when we got back to my father the vehicle was sitting in front of the house. They said the contract had been completed. Chrysler said it had not. They are liars that prey on unknowing individuals. My son didn't receive the contract until they left the vehicle in front of my father house.

After several phone calls to confirm the price prior to going to the dealership we arrived to be told that there must have been a "miss communication" and that they could not do the deal. Their initial offer when we got there was for $600.00 more that the vehicle was advertised for!!! Simply put, they lied and we left to never return to that dealership. Consumer beware, don't trust them over the phone as they will say what you want to hear to get you there and then try to negotiate a deal that is to their benefit.
