Then you'll talk to Dave Inks, who is the owner and tattoo artist after which there’ll be no doubt that you’ll want him to tattoo you. He is the friendliest person I know and he is the BEST artist you will find in Arlington. I've searched for 8 years to find someone like him and it took him moving here for me to do so. Dave will give you an original tattoo, complete one you already have but didn’t get finished, or cover-up one you just absolutely hate. Go see Dave and let him know Shell said hi.
