Nathan Associates provides clients with solutions powered by an understanding of the economics of competition, innovation and reward. Its understanding of the costs and benefits of a competitive system of markets and prices derives from Nathan s experience developing and providing economic testimony in antitrust litigation, including class actions, and estimating the damages from anti-competitive behavior. Internationally, the organization develops and helps implement trade policy that allows expansion of geographic markets and wider dispersion of the benefits of competition.
