My pilot light wouldn’t stay lit and I really didn’t want to have to give my little one a cold bath so I called pretty late at night and I had someone at my door the first thing the next morning. Daniel was very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently especially considering he had to drive all the way across town to pick up a part he required. Our main sewer line clogged on Christmas day. We called for a repair for 1:00 PM and asked for a 'repair window' between 4:00 and 6:00. The tech arrived shortly after 6:00 PM and was able to complete a difficult repair by 9:00 PM. Roto-Rooter will be our 'go to' company for sewer line service from now on.
