I have been seeing Dr. Errico since my daughter was born. She was a few weeks early and had to be seen a lot that first month. We didn't have her added to our insurance yet for obvious reasons yet they never refused service. Being a new mom I try not to call the nurse triage line often but the handful of times I have called I have had competent and quick service. My questions are always answered. They have a sick walk clinic daily but I haven't needed it yet. Highly recommend this practice and I drive from Canton to see these Dr.'s.

My wife showed up 5 minutes early to our appointment to get started on our paperwork. The young brunette girl behind the desk called us back 20 minutes after our appointment was to start to tell is we were late and would have to reschedule our appointment. It's obvious this office overbooks it's appointments and was looking to catch up towards the end of the day . I hate my wife and I took one hour of our time to drive all the way across town to be told we would have to reschedule our appointment . I love our doctor and the nursing staff but the front desk clerks are extremely rude , sarcastic and very unprofessional. I would defiantly suggest going to another pediatrician

We have 3 children and I always feel like they get fantastic treatment! We normally see Dr. Love and he is awesome! The others we have seen are great as well.

My toddler had severe vomiting, and even threw up 3 times while in the doctor's office. Dr. Dephouse did not give any medicine to stop the vomiting. Told me it was viral, and to go home. Being a new Mom, I did that. Then my child got worse and worse keeping nothing down. I called back and spoke to a nurse that said they give no medicine until the vomiting lasted 24 hours. Even being a new Mom, I knew that's not right. I demanded some medicine be called in, or I wound go to the ER. To add to that, if you try to switch to a new doctor's office, prepare to receive a $15 invoice for your child's medical records.

Left my son vomiting in the waiting room for 20 minutes because of their nonsensical triage policy. Billed us over $200 to pull a staple from his thumb, and told me if I didn't like the cost I should have done it myself. Would not believe that we hadn't received a bill in the mail, and threatened to terminate us as patients when it wasn't paid promptly as a result. Doctors and nurses are great, but not worth the bad experiences we routinely had with the rest of the staff.

It is a very long wait on getting someone to answer the phone. I have been on hold for thirty mins or longer. They really are great doctors but the front office stinks. The lady with the blonde hair up front that take s your informations is always acts like a snob and is very rude. I like most of the nurses they are good with the kids and so are the doctors but getting to them is where the problem is if on the phone or in person.

This group of physicians alone could rate high on any list of review criteria. However, the nursing staff and administrative support create the most challenging and even brutally difficult process for patients and parents (in my opinion). When you reach someone on the phone, after at least ten minutes (all the time), they are unpleasant and often rude to patients. I'm sure it has to do with the amount of people they see daily, but who wants that kind of experience at the doctor's office ... a time you are most concerned about the well-being of your child. They lose patient information and rarely stay on the topic at hand when you call. They seem unhappy to be in their jobs and have little respect and customer service to offer. I know that times have changed with healthcare, but does that mean that we are less human and interested in the care of others altogether. I hope not.
