If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. I think people should know how dirty they truly are. So, I pawned an iPad and the first time I got it right back out within a few days. So because they were so willing to give me exactly what I asked for I decided to pawn it again for the holidays to have extra cash. I knew I would have it in a little longer due to the situation. So I called 3 different times asking when the first payment needed to be made and was told each time not until a certain date. The guy even went into saying that because it was in the state of Kentucky there were different guidelines that would allow me to wait until 90 days for the first payment. So I called on the date I was told and I was told that they had put my iPad out on the floor the day before and that there was nothing they could do unless a payment was made. The gentleman told me he would hide it in the case until I could get in there and of course when my husband got there it was right in the front row for everyone to see and then was told that the amount to get it out was almost double the amount they gave me. Thank god no one wanted to buy it and the reason I took the time to write this review is people need to know they will lie and tell you anything to get you to default on your loan so that they can sell your stuff. If I hadn’t called as many times as I did I would feel responsible but because I did call so much I feel they are liars and thieves. Please go somewhere else if you can. Don’t let them do you like they have done me.

God help you if you ever have to pawn a item here. These peip just cant wI for you to miss a payment!!!! They are like vaulachers. You will never recieve a statement if you are late on a Payment. They wait to take your stuff from you. This happened to me twice. I missed one payment and when the second payment is due they take your stuff and tell you they pulled it. But its gone!!! You will not see it again. Im done i will never go there again. Go to pawn shop express. Much better and honest people that arent waiting to take advantage of poor people.

I have been coming here for years and I buy all my jewelry there. Much better than surrounding competitors.

They have very bad customer service, you cannot get anyone to answer the phone you call once and it rings 10 times until there is a loud beep and then it is busy for 10 minutes. Went on for over an hour, then people who answer are rude.

March 2010...after buying and selling here for many years I am done with this place.I recently made a few trips here to sell some scrap gold.The first time time I accepted their offer only to find out later I could have doubled my money 10 minutes away....MY mistake! My next visit with some more 14K scrap they offered me 10K price on gold CLEARLY marked 14k.After much haggling they almost doubled their original offer,which I accepted( my mistake again).My third and final visit I refused their best offer drove about 10 minutes away and sold my remaining scrap gold for exactly DOUBLE their best offer.If only I had shopped around the first time I'd be hundreds of dollars ahead!
