Park Dental Care

Several months ago, I was told I needed a root canal and my insurance wouldn't cover it, so I'd have to pay out of pocket and they do not do a payment plan, so I needed to pay half upfront to even start the procedure. When I told them I simply couldn't afford that said to have my tooth extracted because that was covered. I ended up getting my cavity filled till I could figure out payment. Now a few months later the filling fell out and again am told I need a root canal, which I still cannot afford. I call my insurance to find out why its not covered and it's because I NEVER needed the root canal. They said there was not damage close to the nerve and there was absolutely no need for more than a filling. So, park dental tried to talk me into getting a perfectly good tooth taken out of my mouth for no damn reason!! And I almost went along with it. I also went for a second opinion and they agreed with my insurance. Park Dental are CON ARTISTS, INSURANCE FRAUDS and THIEVES.

I brought my two year old there for the first time today to be seen. I watched almost 15 people that came after us go in to see their dentists. I was there for two hours waiting despite my complaints!!! You can imagine waiting two hours and with a two year old!!!!! When I finally saw the dentist and complained, she told me she doesn't know what the receptionists are doing in the front. Obviously, the receptionists do not know how to do their job nor have any decency or regard for a small child waiting there for so long. Very unprofessional. Will never go there again despite the decent dentist on staff.

went to this office as an emergency patient on saturday night. lucky i called and they waited for me because they were ready to close for the day. I think they literally pulled the dentist out of his car and back into the office to see me! LOL!

well anyway after an emergency root canal I feel sooo much better. They really saved my weekend. I called 20 other offices in the area before finding them and either they were already closed or they just plain refused to see me because it was so late in the day on a saturady. I was really appreciative for the fact that they were able to see me.
