        Overall

        Stay away if you can. Our internet/phone go out for at least a week every few years and is always due to their faulty equipment. The service tech always says that it's some of the oldest equipment he's seen and he'll report it to management, but nothing ever happens. We look forward to Google Fiber or some other alternative.
