Easy to do business with and prompt service

Absolutely love the lumber we purchased but will go elsewhere for business again after very rude and condescending communication with simple questions and concerns about our product. The lack of patience, common courtesy, and respect was both shocking and offensive and the lack of response following the confrontation spoke volumes. Will NOT do business here again- sad that after a $4000 purchase, one conversation and lack of response can show the true colors of customer appreciation and value!
