Forest Hills at Vinings

is is the review I wish I read before I moved in 4 months ago.



The Cons:



1. Old apartment built in the 80s, roomy and charming right? Wrong! This place is highly inefficient with energy expect your utilities to stockrocket. The heat is distributed unevenly hot upstairs chilly downstairs. In the summer... cool downstairs hot as hades upstairs. Management gives you a "kanye shrug" to YOUR heating and cooling issues.



2. Since I had the pleasure of spend a couple summer months here I've experience no less than one bug bite every single time I walked my dog. The plush surroundings are not treated for bugs during the summer.



3. Highly unresponsive staff, rude and ratchet.



4. Thin walls, you can absolutely hear your neighbors and if management decides to use chemical to repair or spray at your neighbors your home will absolutely have chemical bath. Oh, and workers work all times of the night. Again with the "kanye shrug". Just don't breath.



The Pros:



1. Close to 285 and downtown Atlanta



2. Close to nice places to eat and hang out.



This place is a steamy hot mess. The new management are unchecked bullies. The maintenance crew makes excuses as to why they couldn't fix the issues.



Word of Advice, run! The apartments down the road are much better and within the same price range.

Rooms are average size. Appliances and apartments in general are very old and not well maintained. Management staff is very unreliable and extremely unprofessional. I went with out air conditioning from July 3rd to September 4. Then my heat did not work.
