This is a very knowledgeable company. After calling around to many engine rebuild companies I decided to roll the dice with Engines r us. I was picky on who was going to rebuild my motor as I was doing upgrades on my 2005 Ford F-150. Any questions that I had Jason was always available to answer. I have had the truck back for about 6 months now and LOVE it. I’m just a country boy enjoying his truck. Thanks Engines R US. I will be referring everyone to you guys.

I had my 2006 Range Rover HSE engine rebuilt. They told me 3 to 5 days my engine rebuilt and ready to pick up. I didn't really believe such a thing was possible.. In 4 days I received the call them telling my truck was ready to be picked up. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Would highly recommend. Oh and my Rover runs GREAT!!!!

I had my 2005 F-150 engine rebuilt a little over 5 years ago. The truck is still running just a strong as the day I picked it up from them. I have referred family, friends and people I work with. Engines R US has excellent customer service and goes the extra mile for their customers. If you need to get your vehicle fixed look no further you already found your shop. Call them its with it, you will have no regrets. This company deserves all five stars. James

Engines R Us is a great company. They are very honest and fourth coming about what is going on with you car. After my car blew a gasket I had it towed to a local shop they lied and over charged me. Was told by a co-worker that they had taken a few of their cars to them and never had any problems. Called them scheduled the tow. They cam out got my car, got the motor rebuilt and also took it on a 100 mile test drive before they called me to come get it. Now that's great service. I have had my car back going on 6 months and NO problems. I would recommended them to all of my family, friends as well as co-workers. This company deserved more them 5 stars.

BEWARE- I was charged a sales tax on a engine rebuild of our own engine of almost $400.00, Further I received the 2005 Jeep back with the engine light on even after they called me and stated that to get the engine light to go off they would need to repair the O2 sensor. It had already been 12 days, so I paid $130 for the O2 sensor to be install and replaced and still they returned the Jeep with the engine light on. This was around Christmas time and I was told I would have to wait for the refund of the sales tax until the secretary got back from her vacation. Which I never received. They make you feel like your getting a great deal and with the free tow but they make it up in the illegal sales tax they charge for the labor and not even ultimately fixing the vehicle like you paid for.

You would think after spending $3,000 on a engine, and being told that your fuel injectors are bad, that they would work with you on labor in replacement of the fuel injectors. Very disappointed, ,,,,, but not supprissed. Its all abiut money..........

When my motor decided to stop working I was on the internet half the day looking for a company that wouldn't take me for my money. I was about to give up and buy a new car when I was told by a co-worker to call Engines R US that they had used them over a year ago and their motor is still running like a new motor and haven't had one problem. From the first call this company has great customer service, free towing and good pricing. They NEVER tried to sell me anything that I didn't need and we all know majority of shops do. I could tell it wasn't about the money to them they really do care about their customers. They kept me informed along the entire process also sent me pictures of my motor so that I could see what had happened. What sold me on the job is that they take the time to drive your car 100 miles when finished to make sure that your vehicle is good to go before you pick it up. HIGHLY RECOMMENED this company.

We live in Arkansas and found Engines RUs on line while searching for a shop that would not rip us off. We had our concerns about taking our car across state lines but due to the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from the get go they took all of those concerns away. They walked us through their step by step process from the time they pick up the car until the car would be finished. The tow driver was so very nice he called us when he left the shop, and when he was about 30 minutes away. What impressed us even more is when he got here to pick up our Lexus he was very professional. We have our car back and runs like it did the day we bought it. If you are looking for a company that actually cares about you and not the money call them. Wish I could give them more then five stars
