To Whom it May Concern;

My experience with this office has been the worst ever as far as reception goes. I havent even been IN to the office and I have already had 'attitude' problems with the receptionist. Im not so sure I WANT to go in. I was referred to him by Dr. Miller which was fine, but the day I was supposed to go in, Dr.C's office called ME and asked if I could go in earlier, and I said yes.. I then asked the receptionist if they had my MRI's, and this woman was so rotten and mean.. she informed me that I HAD to go to the hospital and GET my MRI's and bring them with me. I told her that the hospital could give me a cd in which dr. C could look at on his computer, but she kept telling me NO and acted like a mean old grandmother... I had to make alot of calls back and forth to the hospital and her, and then she asked how much 'pain' I was in, LIKE IT MATTERED. I got a phone call from Dr.C's office @930 AM the day after Christmas (after I had stayed up all night and day) and was told, "you were supposed to be here at 9". I couldnt help the situation as I had my boyfriend and his 15 yr old daughter here and I went to sleep by 10 PM the night before with out telling them to set the alarm clock. I was then called by Dr. Millers office TWO days after Christmas and got 'reprimanded' like a school girl by HIS nurse. I am 46 years old and I would think that anyone working in a public office would be accustomed to working with the all kinds of different people that go in to either of these places. If you dont like people then dont work some where where you have to face them. Both places will get an earful from me as I have had it with being treated like less than a human being. This whole mess was not my fault and it seems they just need someone to blame. I am NOT stupid by any means , I am just poor.
