Colorado's Pro Gym

Very unprofessional gym and they will entrap you in a contract. I was interested in this gym back in December and decided to join. I was told when I was filling out the paper work it would be a month to month membership and I could cancel at any time. I went a grand total of four times. The gym is small and stuffy. I noticed my card was being charged monthly which I wasn’t happy about. I called today to get the situation fixed and made right. Mary answered the phone and after some searching found my membership. Supposedly I signed up for a one year contract which I would never do since I travel for work. When I told her that was not what I signed she became very unprofessional raising her voice at me and told me the only way for her to cancel my membership would be $150 or a letter from my employer stating that I travel for work. When I proceed to get angry about the situation she interrupted me and told me “whatever” and then proceeded to put me down saying I didn’t read what I signed. Needless to say I will never recommend this gym to anyone and will tell everyone my awful experience.
