Pizza Hut

Consistently Horrible, shame on me. Each and every time I think I should give this place anothoer shot, the benefit of the doubt, they disappoint me. Hopefully they make your pizza right or else youll have to deal with the gem of a manager, Genesis. Not there to help, but to assert her anger at you for their getting your order wrong. Be prepared for a confrontation. And be prepared to wait for a new pizza to be made because every time Ive ordered, they get my order wrong. And Im not ordering anything complicated either. It seems to me, these people do not care if they get your food right, and probably spit in the food, they just seem that contentious. A complete lack of customer service and interpersonal skills, an experience here is sure to test your patience. Once I ultimately had to wait over 4 hours to get the correct pizza, another time the manager genisis said I could either have my pizza remade correctly OR get it comped for free and absolutely refused to make it correctly. She once even tried to act like she was giving me deal by honoring the pizza hut national promotion from their website while remaking it. She acts as if anything is an inconveinence. This woman, has not once ever been pleasant to deal with. How she keeps her job is beyond me. After several times of foul interactions with her, I am baffled that she is still employed. Her actions and attitude are completely unnacceptable. The pizzas are consistently sent out cold, greasy, and made incorrectly. Can I give a 0 star?
