No I can't seem to understand all of the previous bad reviews, at the time I could understand that as in any office sometimes things to do the way us (patients) want them. It is easy to blame a practice when the insurances or the pharmacies are actually the ones at fault.
As a Register Nurse I understand perfectly the things that go around in the practices as well as hospitals, nursing homes, etc.
I have been taking my daughter for the suboxone treatment for over a year now, and I am very greatful with the whole staff, they have done as much as possible to make sure my daughter doesn't fall into drugs again, after having to experience with other doctors who simply did not care, RMIM was the only that was able to help my family.
I will continue to attend this clinic as a patient myself as much as I will continue to refer it to all the people I know, for all you who need to educated yourself a bit more, it wouldn't hurt to start doing it now.
For all you who might get confused between the bad and good reviews, just remember that we are all not the same, therefore you should not pay attention to any of the reviews and simply go experience it yourself. As always people who have good things to say about a place will doubtly do it.

DON'T WALK, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. These without a doubt are the worst healthcare providers I have ever experienced. I would not trust them to trim the nails on my dog. The administration piece being most notably the poorest I've ever experienced in any service oriented buisness. We'll start with the doctors. The first one could not pull off writing a perscription properly. The second misdiagnosed a knee problem of course if he bothered to acually examine my knee he may have stood a chance. I had a perscription which required a preauthorization and after 2 days my pharmacy told me still no response. I went back and waited over an hour for Laticia to make 2 phone calls and no apology nothing. In summary you are better off lighting some incense, hanging a dead chicken from your door and chanting. WOOOW!!!!!

RMIM Aurora is much better at generating revenue for themselves than they are at providing patient care. They billed me instead of my insurance company at more than 5 times the negotiated rate. They billed for services not actually performed. They schedule followup visits to handle matters that other practices would include the first time. Additionally, patients are processed as if they were cattle. Expect to wait 15 to 30 minutes on a good day. Don't expect anyone to let you know why you're waiting. Indeed, most of the staff doesn't seem to know the purpose of your visit.

Warning!! Do not go to these doctors!! They prescribed a med to me that was only for type II diabetes and I have type I diabetes. They obviously do not know what they are doing. The staff is also very rude. I tried to escalate an issue to the supervisor Brenda and she was ruder then the other staff. Go someplace else if you can!!

If you have another choice, do NOT come to this office. Very inefficient, very understaffed, very incompetent!!! I'm not certain if this is true to all the other Rocky Mountain offices. . . but this office is sure very frustrating to deal with.
I wonder if RMIM administration is paying attention.

These idiots put my son on suboxine for percocet addiction. When he tried to wean off the suboxine he went back for help w the withdrAwls. The dumb f#@? Put him on something for tremors, ambien (which is all fine and good) and he also gave him a script for Percocet!!! I was LIVID

I don't understand whats up with all these bad reviews of this practice, because I have had nothing but a kind, understanding, & professional Dr. who has always made sure to accuretly diagnose any of my problems, and unlike many other dr's that I've seen around the denver area actually takes the time to PROPERLY treat the patient. I must say for your initial appointment, I had to wait somewhat long to meet the dr. but ever since then there really isn't more than 5 mins. of "wait" time, Plus the techs are always kind and courteous to me for the most part..So I would recommend this place to Anyone, Espically if you have Medicare, because unlike other places they still treat you with general courtesy and respect no matter what/who your insurance provider is....

I am a previous employee of RMIM. It is the worst place anybody can possibly work at, the staff gossips about each other and the management is even worse. I'd recommend that anyone who is looking to be a new patient at this place or any current patients run for the hills and look for a different practice. They release medical records to anyone requesting them as long as they show I.D. (per office manager) which is completely unethical and is violating HIPAA. On top of violating HIPAA they are also violating employment laws and don't even background check employees, ask for proof of I.D. or anything of that sort. Also they start off by paying employees under the table. I have reason to believe that some employees working there may be unauthorized to work in the U.S. So patients being seen there may be seen by someone who has commited a crime and they would not know. I'd suggest that no one be seen at this place.

I found this facility very hard to deal with. I could very rarely find anyone who spoke passable english, they don't listen and they do not call you back. It takes a minimum of three phone calls to get a prescription refilled. I went there because my dr (who I love) went there but I am changing doctors because of the staff.

Worst care! Wrong diagnosis and no compassion. Told my friend she was bleeding from the brain without even so much as an exam. Then said her insurance wont cover anything so she is better off walking acrossing the street for further services.
WTF! Tell someone they are bleeding from the brain then send them off like nothing!
After much anxiety and panic from my friend. she went to another place (imaging place because she thought she was bleeding in the brain!) and was diagnosed with a major sinus infection. She went back to this place to see the doctor again to get antibiotics....Dr then said "I didn't see anything when I examined you...." She didn't examine her! She finally looks at my friends ears and whoa! She found a serious ear infection too!
My friend wouldn't tell me the Dr name but if she does I'm reporting her. Her practice needs reviewed!!
WORST CARE!
