THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! The front desk girl is behond unprofessional and so rude! I l was scheduled for a root canal and had called to ask a couple of questions about my antibiotic and the Dr herself told me i was being difficult. I went to the app for root canal and left in tears thats how mean and rude the front desk and dr was. Its dirty in there and smells. DO NOT GO OR TAKE YOUR KIDS PLEASE! In fact im getting ahold of the city sanitation who allows permits.. This place needs an inspection! Very shady.

I came in to get a wisdom tooth out, the wait was not long and the assistant and front desk were both friendly. The doctor explained everything to me very well, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I didn't even feel the tooth being pulled out!! Overall great experience! Definitely recommend!

I've been a patient with them for a couple years, all the dentists are very friendly. They take their time on you and don't Rush you out of the room. The shots are always bearable and my cleanings are very gentle. The girls are very friendly and ask me how I'm doing regardless of how busy they are. Very efficient when I am getting checked out. Definitely recommend :)

I don't know where these Indian people (Nilesh Patel & Shweta Kamal) received there dental license/degree from, but they are horrible dentist! Just filed a formal complaint against them with the Illinois dental assc. for a routine extraction where they did not remove all of the tooth, and the patient developed infection/dry socket because of it and told the patient there was nothing more they could do for them after 3 weeks of horrible teeth pain. They are a bunch of hacks that probably went to dental school over in India and don't know anything about dentistry. My advice, never use a fake Indian dentist or doctor. There degrees are fake because they studied in a third world country.

Wait is outrageous. Assistant did not change gloves between x-raying patients. Dr. could not answer questions about wisdom teeth. Cleaning consisted of polishing the front teeth. Dr. did not remove mask the entire visit... not even to introduce himself to new patient. Told autistic son he should not look at other patients when there are no doors on the rooms and we must walk past. Very unprofessional and rude.

Drs are pathetic.staff is rude. office is dirty and smells bad. Not kid friendly. Ive use to wait up to two hours at times to get seen. Not since ive moved though. Not a good office at all.

they are AWESOME!!!! the best customer service as well as patient care. My children absolutely love it here as well.
